Hello! This is my first attempt at a build. Now that I’m level 73, I need to start thinking of one. The build relies on phantasms and conditions from staff for damage, but It’s primary role is to help healing and overall support for the group During Dungeons and for WvW.

First off, Would this build even work??
Second: For my stats, is my toughness too high? Should I put more into healing power?
Also, would it be possible to only use Mantra of healing and Mantra of pain for the healing from mantras and replace the Stability mantra with portal or Blink?
