Mesmer Nerf Train Never Ends
Yabbut they could keep themselves and others alive almost indefinitely. PVP was being dominated by 2 classes, bunker chrono and condi revenant. Both were nerfed.
The bolded is not true. How did you think that was true?
Becuase they could rez with 10% bonus revive speed, quickness, stability, and depending on the specifics of their build, put resistance on the downed body to ignore poison’s effect of slowing rez speed on downs. Not to mention they could use precog for a rez as well.
While I wouldn’t say its indefinite rez potential as there are some, albeit short cooldowns involved, its definitely the best rezzer in the game. Though I will say that radiant revival on downs proc made the issue more problematic than it probably was.
Taking a break from GW2 to play various

I would say radiant revival was 75% of the problem actually. Can’t cleave the Rez or you get the person up quicker and with the amount of protection and healing being thrown out by druids and tempests you are not likely to make any meaningful dent in the rezzers health bars.
At other people, can we stop this myth that the meta was 2 bunker mesmers and 2 condi revs? That was NA’s stale unimaginative, unthinking meta. EU was using only one on most teams and even then they weren’t holding points forever. Best parts are in EU the teams with double Mesmer actually lost.

Rofl.
I love how the EU guys always manage to come up with a “NA sucks” comment. The America hate is strong.
I also find it interesting, albeit not surprising, that NA never talk about EU like they just dont care or whatever.

Alright maybe I was a little harsh on the NA meta but nearly every single game had exactly the same team comp, how does anyone expect it to be anything but boring, stale and drawn out?
Also EU has the caster with the shiniest head, instant best bro scene.
l don’t know what has already been said but I don’t get why mes is always the first and most severely to be nerfed.. Sure the bunker build was good but at the same time they could not kill anything half decent while runner bunker and they did not ruin the play style of other professions.
