Staff is mainly condition wepon also a defence wepon so it shood have like 10% daze chance on nb 1 skill similar to 20% you get from chaos strom I know it might seem op but 10% is not so much.

Scepter nb 1 shood inflict confusion again on chains second it will not be so powerful as it was in betas beacose confusion dmg is been lowered 50% in pvp/wvw an it will bring wepon back to game beaocse its fairly slow wepon so it hsood be rewarding.

Phantasm defender shood stick around you not run at enemy and shood be aout of shatter list.

I hope no 1 will get mad at me for posting it but its only my understanding what shood be done. Ohh and I allmost forgett nullfield shood remove atlas 2 condis per sec.

Sounds to me like you got very little experience from “the other side” in PvP, or even in PvE from someone else’s perspective.

As an example, Null Field clearing two conditions per tick would be quite problematic. You’re talking about doubling both the total power and the throughput. On a glamour skill which is already quite powerful. Why is this specifically warranted in your opinion?

Likewise, Defender standing around us is a serious downside because then it’ll never proc it’s AE absorb (it does so on attack!). Plus, one of it’s main uses is to help the group, not the Mesmer herself.
And not shattering it is problematic, too. I definitely want to interrupt the enemy or protect myself, but only the Defender is out right now? I’m screwed. No sorry, that’s bette rthe way it is.

A control effect on a #1 wouldnt only be Op, it would also be very impractical. Control effects are supposed to be safed and used when you most need them, not used randomly :P
