I’m new to ths game and I was trying to find a updated leveling guide, since the ones I found are outdated

what is the best leveling build as of last patch?

Either use Kai’s way or at later levels the cripple bomb. Either work pretty fine. Although if you do a lot of dungeons, I’d recommend kai’s.
