why my hp numbers are diffrent?
i ahvent any buffs or food or guild buffs (i leave guild for testing it)
tell me pls why i have 1k hp more than it shows in stats?
p.s. sry for bad screen, my gyazo works only this way in games

but how can i get wvw buff if i leave guild?

WvW buffs aren’t connected to your guild, but to the server you are on.

its sharing in pve world too? bc i have more hp in pve too

yep it is. It was originally designed so that in WvW you could gain bonuses for PvE as an encouragement to go into WvW. The same thing is still in place with mega servers as far as I know.
