Anyone not like the Locust Swarm change?
I finally moved SotL off my bar entirely, since my build has easy perma-swiftness with Banshee’s Wail now.
More than that, though, when traited with Banshee’s Wail, we finally get 15 ticks instead of 13.
Just kidding.
Please post only compliments for this essential buff to war horn. At last, I feel like putting SotL away and trying a spectral WH build, again.
