This build plays to the strengths of chill – one of the strongest and most underutilized conditions in the game.

This build definitely can work a few variations, including: hybrid, different amulet, incorporating fear damage, et cetera.

I have no idea how this build plays but I have a feeling your enemies find it really, really annoying. So much chill! In this respect, it has to be considered awesome. XD
IMO, I’d go with Golem for the elite. Plague never seems to do much in PvP… too situational. Golem puts people on their backs every 40 seconds.

Chilling darkness turns plague into a giant clusterkitten shutdown mechanic. Especially in PvP where a team needs to stay on point, a chiling, blinding plague is nearly impossible to deal with.

Not to mention that Because he has such massive Chill duration, if you get stuck in the full duration of Plague, that is 32 seconds of Chill, 24 seconds of poison, and 20 blinds. There is no way you are going to be fighting on point effectively like that.

Plague is the ultimate shutdown – poison, blind, and chill.

Interesting, but warriors who can clear conditions don’t get chilled much. Right?

if you want to make a build about chill, play an ele. I can put on about a minute of chill every 40s. (aka perma chill) use elemental surge trait and then arcane power while in water, signet of water, and then use a bunch of +chill duration runes. (for more chill applications, you can equip more arcane skills.)

The issue with chill is;
PvP – lots of people cycle thru diff ability on different weaps. Lots of the class’s that have issue’s with chill, get some access to fixing it.

PvE – scary mobs are usually immune.

Anyway, it’s really cool to have (pun intended), but not totally awesomeness sadly.
