False. Both Dagger and DS have capacity to get around 18-21 seconds.

i have a suggestion you could try, maybe with 30/25/0/0/15 traits + signet of spite , u can be even faster ?

(Target The Weak+the 6 condis (one of them being 5stacks of vuln) from spite signet give like 10-12% more dmg)

Sry to tell you but that was worst my build has more dps just tested what you said and did 24sec and for the haters of my clicks did without the clicks …
anyway it dosent matter how you activate them, cause its still fast and many of you cant make thoose times other wise already had posted the video here

just stack vulns and bleeds and auto attack, warriors will do the rest in the normal mobs for bosses lich form and after it ends dead shroud your dps will be extended if you use it in that way

I guess I should upload a video of doing it faster without using a 150 sec cd skill. :P

Just got 15secs without lich and 14secs with lich form. Uploading atm. :P

Closer to 12s, at the end of the video theres 2s of cooldown left. Pretty good considering you don’t even have stacks built up.

so it can go faster as a full ascended state
only my war have 9 ascended and i loose 5 seconds in clics to the best timer so far 8 sec
my mes have 6 necro 5 ranger 5 guardian 5 now i know i can improove my times on this alts i will just miss ele test and engi if anyone is willing to do it will be great

Why Chill of Death? Training of the Master wouldnt be better if you use the golem?

I dont use the golem most of the time (causes negative dps on lupi and dies alot in fractals). But yeah you can use training of the master if you do use golem. For that vet giant kill I probably should of changed a few traits to make it go slightly faster.

One question I have is wouldn’t reducing the recharge on corruption skills (specifically Blood is Power) be better than Warhorn cool down reduction?

In a group setting its better to get your might from fire fields and teammates. Banshees wail makes warhorn a nice dps increase especially when dealing with multiple foes. I suppose its an option if you dont use a warhorn for whatever reason.

I have a Warhorn. Just figured a faster cool down on the might would be better

It is going to be a good trait for condi spec as well. I would almost take it over terror as it is because of how great that trait is with warhorn, if losing the extra condition cleanse wasn’t such a problem.

Shouldnt be any changes to the max figure. There were no buffs to damage for condi or power.

It should be doable a second or two faster with the changes to weakening shroud and chill of death.

And even faster now that you can get full ascended. Im in no hurry to do that though.

Not sure that would get you a full second. Also ascended costs so much, I am not bothering, great design time gating cloth twice as long as everyone else.

your talking in all pve comunity, but dont forget theres few guilds using any class and this shows we can use all of them in a group to make speedruns
