I just tried it in a scarlet invasion, which with that much of a target rich environment you’d think it would be pretty awesome right? Especially if you put the active on the vet/champ nightmares right? Right? WRONG This was so utterly pointless, I spent the majority of the fights being rezzed by people. Never in my life have I felt so useless in a team environment. It was like I was needing team peels…except in pve….I’m not even about to attempt using it in pvp. We get laughed at enough when hambow meatheads bounce us around nonstop. Not gonna put a big red mark over my head saying “Come out and see the town clown kids! Its a guaranteed good show!”

Healing Signet isn’t that strong. Even a full Cleric’s build with their +Healing power banner only makes it tick a bit over 500/second. That insane regen amount they get is combining Healing Signet with Adrenal Health (health regen based off of adrenaline).

So, Heal<Heal+Trait, I’m fine with.

Heh this turned into a QQ post… and im ok with that. You listening Anet?

You want the actual truth? The devs that designed the skill and are generally are responsible for the games design and ideas are painfully aware, and probably knew that this skill was subpar. But guess what, they don’t get to make the big decisions, their bosses do, and I am entirely convinced that it is their “leadership” that makes the bad calls.

Which, btw, is a sentiment shared by members within the own company, as shown by a rating service which was posted around a while ago. ANet has really bright people working there (just look at the concept of our skill), their problem is the higher ups who end up making the decisions and holding the rest back.

Agreed, that’s why I say anet and not devs. Been playing MMOs forever and there are always balance issues but in GW2 im just offended that they try and mask it as a buff lol. I love this game… and i love my necro, but man if they insult my intelligence one more time!

Maybe its more beneficial to Anet to make a few classes unviable thus people start to reroll. That way they dont need resources to balance S tier classes and all the fancy skins from the gem store are greatswords anyway so … yeah … $$
