Normally I am against making kneejerk reactions, but as I see it right now necro is way to strong with the amount of Condi application, damage and survivability in its kit along side the amulet. You get the best of all worlds, tank, condi, and power damage, with almost no trade offs.

Agreed. I criticized necro usage of cele in the pet because the healing power was wasted without blood magic heals/siphons or unholy sanct, and this new amulet gives them the raw defenses of cele and offenses that don’t need mightstacking to wreck kitten, though you can still mightstack if you want because why not?

Is only a little variation of the Carrion… noting more.
Give lesser condition damage, a little more power, lesser vitality and lot of toughness.
Is just a little more balanced than Carrion, but There’s not a big change in damage or “tankiness”.

And also other classes can use it really good.

Elementalist, Revenant, Ranger, and some builds that can use both direct and condition damage.

But that rune don’t change the life of the Reaper, really don’t. Is only a little variation of the Carrion, nothing more.

Heres a fun Merc build (set to celestial because its not in the builder yet). Im not sure if it’s optimal, but god, its fun… Will do more testing, but feel free to toy with this for funsies.
