Stealth Damage Nerf in the Patch?
Short of having tested before & after in PvP with steady weapons it’s pretty hard to say. Players are the least consistent things ever, mobs vary, and if you attack the same mob a lot the thing itself could have become tougher (edit: well in that case you might notice with other classes though if you do the same things with them often).
Would be funny if they buffed the golems in the lobby sometime though to throw everyone off…
Yeah they nerfed Necro Damage across the board.
You know this whole, “Lets make this an Esport” thing, will never happen if they can’t support every class with at least one competitive player that can be in every meeting working to address balance issues. That just simply is not the case currently for Necro. The only people at Anet playing Necro are the poor bottom rung QA people who have no interest whatsoever in the class and are just forced to run it through the testing paces.
Neither weapon damage nor power coefficients for Daggers seem to have changed as far as i can tell. Under which conditions do you run those tests?

Today, under the same conditions, I’m getting roughly the same numbers.

are you a pure damage build?
I suspect they may have capped some of the damage like they have with the lich #1 skill.
I stopped using lich because of this. At a certain point I noticed my lifeblast started to outdamage the lich nuke when I got more power, crit and crit damage gear.
