1. Deathly Invigoration- Grants Resistance + heal people
2. Shrouded Removal- Removes one condition from you and nearby allies.
3. Signet Mastery- Activate Signet of Vampirism when fallen below a certain threshold(Healing done through this may be nerfed)
4. Unholy Martyr- Increase the number of targets pulled with condis. Synergizes well with Plague signet.
5. Vampiric Ritual- Allies can now lifesteal while inside the Wells. Synergizes well with Well of Darkness + Chilling darkness(Chill on blind) trait.
6. Parasitic Contagion- Also Grants weakness of Crits. This is so that enemies don’t hurt party members all that much. Synergizes with Target the weak. Power/Sinister PvE builds will use this trait.
7. Path of Corruption- Mobs needs more boons. Every single mob in the PvE world need boons. Good trait in PvP.
8. Putrid Defense- Poisoned Foes do 10% less damage. To protect allies better when you poison enemies.
9. Speed of Shadows- Grant 25% increased IMS to nearby allies while in DS. Because soul reaping needs to be less selfish.
10. Foot in the Grave- Grant 1 stack of stability to party members.
11. Beyond the Veil- Grants Protection to you/minions/allies when attuning into DS.
12. Lifesteal- becomes a boon. Dark blast would give area lifesteal. Dark leap would give Vampiric Aura.
13. Spiteful Spirit- When you give yourself retal, all nearby allies get retal.
14. Unholy Sanctuary- Nearby allies regen health when you go into deathshroud.
tl;dr Resistance + Lifesteal + weakness = Necro’s support skills.

This gives me an idea, what if Lifesteal, was a boon. That Necros could buff their allies with. It gives a bit of extra damage and a sliver of healing everyone would like to be buffed with that.
We already have Sigil of Blood and Rune of Vampirism that can basically buff any class with temporary lifesteal. I see no reason allowing Necros to be an additional source of that effect would be unbalancing.
To keep the functionality of Sigil of Blood and Rune of Vampirism the same, as currently:
1 stack of the Vampirism boon applies to the next 1 hit and deals extra damage (based on the power stat of the source of the boon) and heals for 80-100% of that damage (based on the healing power of the source of the boon).
It should work out to pretty much the same amount as health steal works for now.
What changes now that it is a boon is that the Vampiric Boon can stack intensity, increasing the extra damage and the healing on the next hit with each stack.
Give the necro a few skills that let them gain extra stacks of the Vampiric Boon themselves as well as skills that grant it to allies.
The Deadly Feast harpoon skill for example could be changed to not heal per pulse but instead grant 2 stacks of Vampirism before every pulse, keeping the healing the same and if the base damage is lowered slightly, the damage would be the same as well, but now it would be using the unified lifesteal on hit mechanic.
The Vampiric Precision blood magic trait would be changed to give you an extra stack of Vampirism every time you critically hit. Vampiric Rituals would give you an extra stack of Vampirism every time a well pulses, and it also buffs all allies in the well with 1 stack.
The minor trait Vampirism would be changed to give you 1 stack of Vampirism that refreshes every time it runs out, is used or is removed.
With the preview HoT changes, the minor trait would also give it to minions I guess. In fact make it so that when this boon is applied to a summoned creature from any class, it doubles the damage bonus and the healing goes to the creature’s master.
I like that idea. Blast finishers in dark wells could grant life steal boon.
Leap finishers would grant Vampiric Aura which grants life steal on hit.

Enemies in wells/Allies in wells. Chill keeps enemies inside wells. Allies will then lifesteal enemies inside wells to heal themselves up.

Hmm, Spiteful spirit could have an added functionality where he grants retal whenever he gain retal. I like that idea. It could be a great offensive support trait.
If there is an ele using AoE, pop up spiteful spirit so that all allies get spiteful spirit and watch the ele eats damage.
AoE retal is fine, Spiteful Spirit could probably use a small buff, or at least have a decent Axe trait to make it worth GM.
3 blast finishers between weapons and utilities. All the support Necro doesn’t have already, bundled up into 1 package.
When people gripe “necro haz no suppotz” they are basically just being dumb because the only two support functions necro doesn’t have are stealth and party-wide might. Adding a few blast finishers will, by itself, fix the one big one.
AoE healing? There is a well for that.
Vulnerability? We can do plenty when the /mace warrior is slacking
Blind? Yup, we got it.
Area denial? Wall of Fear.
Apply weakness? Yea, we can.
Boon strip? We got it covered 2 or 3 different ways.
Not dying? We don’t have a total invulnerability skill, but we got loads of health and a second health bar, it’s okay enough that I don’t mind it too much.
Stability? well.. our well is kinda broken, I’ll give you that (only 1 second and doesn’t pulse with a 5 second well?)
DPS? We do okay, some cooldown fixes would fix this though imo.
Skipping content? There are consumables for this.
Movement speed? We got a passive signet, possible perma swift uptime with warhorn, and swiftness for days with specral walk (30s or something?)
AoE movement speed? If you don’t have an Ele, Warrior, Mez, Thief, Ranger, Engi or Guard in your group… YOU ARE DOING IT RIGHT CAUSE WE DON’T NEED EM TO ROLL CONTENT 5 NECRO THE FOREVER META.
So yea, a few blasts would fix the only “utility” worth speaking of that we are actually missing atm.
