imo not bad at all lyssa runes – lyssa is a rune set with high percision can even run valk amulet and accuracy sigil to ahve 70% crit chance in ds- if trailed in curse can hit around 90% for the first 5 seconds too
tho if only necro have any other good elites prolly better off with the 120 cooldown earth shaker when reaper comes out
Life blast should hit twice and have its damage halfed
