Wow love how you over exaggerate all my actions in the podcast, sorry that’s how ya see it. To tell ya the truth most of the time we are goofin’ off… and if you feel insulted for me showing some empathy to a fellow ranger over the abundance of negativity in forums(which to you apparently is a good thing – I disagree btw) then, I really don’t know what to tell you.
Also imo ofc, QQer does not equal Critic, i.e.:
Generic QQer type argument → Ranger nerf on X skill and N skill because Anet hates rangers;
Critic generic comment → evaluates changes/tests new changes/notices underlying issues with current buff/nerf posts on forums mostly justifying why he thinks patch has negative/positive overall impact on class;
So again, not you…
The “stay off the forums/adult” remark was totally uncalled for thought and you tread on what you base your accusations of me, so I’ll just ignore it, since I have no need for caustic pointless word exchange that does not benefit my learning or self improvement. About the colorful use of adjectives to describe how I share my opinions on the podcast, I’ll say again, you are exaggerating(demanding? tone trolling? ad hominem attacks? seriously?). Other than the don’t quote “hear say” part, none of that post was meant for you, specifically… Sorry again that you felt the shoe fit, it was not suppose to, since I actually think you have some constructive posts here and there, at least where our views match.

One last thing, the pet standing where he pleases thing… here’s how I know u barely listened to the show you are so fiercely criticizing… We have talked about it, oh so many times, and I’ve joked about it, oh so many times… Even before there was an ATTK pod, there’s an audio recording of me trying to be funny about that specific pet AI problem, gw2 panel if I’m not mistaken. So yeah seems that one is still beyond the Dev’s concern/reach. As the hit performance on the LB is also still an issue among other things. ATTK preaches how to deal with it, but we’re are beyond far from Godhood and do commit errors, more than a few actually.

Point to the matter, I disagree on how you present some of your arguments on Ranger, thought it does not take away the validity of your viewpoints and I think you sometimes border on caustic. But other than that I’ve read posts where you make allot of sense. So chill. I have no quarrel with you even after all you’ve said.

Dude… I don’t even know what to say to you other than, I thought ur posts were very funny, and to this point I have felt no need to report anything you posted on this thread, whatsoever. So, as far as I know, no report on you came from any members of SOAC.

Just wanted to bump this up (if that’s okay). I think it was a good show and was wondering if people were aware about that it occurred, and wanted to discuss any of the things that were said or had any questions for me at all.

Anyhow, I appreciated being a part of the show and can’t wait for the next one.

In this episode, I, Jindrake, decided to have a little impromptus 1 on 1 discussion with J. Roh, as we match our views in regards to the Ranger’s current state of affairs. We mainly focused on the latest developments in our profession, introduced in the last patch. Battosai was unfortunately away for personal reasons, so we did our best to do without.

I listened to the first 15 mins of the show, and I’m sorry, Jin, but I couldn’t hear you at all.

Can we go back to the way it was recorded during the first few episodes? Those had way better sound quality than the recent ones. I found myself struggling to hear you the entire time >_< (I was doing the equivalent of squinting for my ears :P)

I will work it out with Jin. I think the issue lies in skype. They can go back to mumble, and do the stream via mumble. I asked them to move to skype because of the cost of maintaining mumble, and the sheer amount of DC’s that Battosai faced on mumble. I will see if they can move to TS or something for future recordings.
