Guild Wars 2

The recent addition of blast finisher to Warhorn #5 (CotW) was a great buff imho. Was playing PvE this morning and was able to solo a champ running a hybrid build GS/Axe-Warhorn, and Healing Spring as my healing skill. Note that this build (sorry – old bloke so can’t remember what the build I use is other than is high-ish toughness, and I’m morphing to Celestial Armour) has fairly low Healing power. Using a drake for a pet, I was getting 2 blasts and a leap in the space of 1 HS activation. My HP is around 19 – 20K.

My question is – how do I calculate the area heal I can expect for a blast finish on HS? I assume it is depend on the Healing Power I have (let’s assume 320 for the sake of the calculation)?

Healing: 1,320 + (0.2*healing power)

1320 + (.2*320)
1320 + (64)
