Where is HiPS hiding? I can’t find it merged with anything, let alone listed as a separate trait in this new world order.

Do my glasses need cleaning or did Anet flush HiPS down the Mystic like used TP?

Anybody else seeing this?

its gone because its no longer needed , its best Synergy remorsless won’t need it after HoT patch , so its gone .

it doesn’t fit in anywhere after HoT and choices had to be made to reduce the amount of wasted traits the ranger has to fit in better ones that synergise better with the newer traits.

Even though I could imagine it being merged with Shared Anguish.

I don’t think I’ll miss the trait that much. It was fun, but I don’t remember if it saved my life once.

That synergy was something it only had for the last month(s) or so, and was hardly the reason you took HiPS in the first place. It was a decent trait, that should’ve been merged, not removed.

Yeah, I’m gonna miss my ol’ buddy HiPS in WvW. He allowed me to be a little more crazy from time to time… hehe. It would amaze me how many times I’d go “poof” in a given night and the toon that cc’d me (and other surrounding enemy) wouldn’t realize HiPS had me concealed right where I was last seen, especially before the update from camo to straight up stealth when moving broke the camo. But it’s not like it’s something I can’t live without. (HiPS was/is somewhat glitchy imo.)

I would have liked to have seen HiPS rolled into something else too. But I guess Anet couldn’t have us being too OP…haha! Overall I like the Ranger changes, and if HiPS has to die to allow us to move forward… then so be it. (I’ve already switched to SA, and it worked well enough during last night’s WvW reset.)

HiPS, I’ll have an extra brew for you the night they flip the switch on ya!
