Guild Wars 2

Axe 1: Increase rate of fire by 25%, increase projecticle speed by the same amount.

Allow axe to bounce off of allies if there aren’t enough enemies around OR increase damage of first hit, decrease the others.

Could even be a very short (2 sec) might buff for the friendly bounce, doesnt really matter.
