With all due respect … A statement: “He’s just running around and his pet is killing me” cannot be the one of a skilled player. Even PvE players can hold W button.

Leeto may be good at teamfights / duels / his own class – but after I watched this video all I learned is that Leeto knows which buttons he presses kill the target fast(er).
He has no idea how to counter his enemy.

Why am I saying this? Because we’ve had so many cries from people like him and we’ve been stuck with unjustified nerfs ever since I can remember. 8 classes like it because they will have their free target dummies back but we’ll get stuck at our former position yet again.
And I’m getting pretty fed up with that. 3 and a half year was quite enough. If we happen to be in the most powerful spot of meta like Elementalists have been for years – then I’ll accept the QQ. After so many years of being top. That is my only condition to acknowledge the nerf. Otherwise it’s a L2P issue. You don’t believe me? Reality already agrees. We all learned how to deal with Eles a long time ago.

Don’t be confused, I don’t think Leet0 is a very good player, but I remember watching him in the past and he played pretty well. I haven’t checked on him ever since tbh. But please don’t say he has 0 skill, that is wrong, there are a lot of factors for playing bad (considering he was raging a lot probably means he was on a tilt from getting rekt by that ranger). I think pets have the wrong aspect, like pets should be utility rather than damage. Look at smokescale for instance. Dies quick, not very tank or sustainable, but is still used quite a lot just because of its smoke field. Why should pets be utility? Damage pets are just a bit too strong 1v1, but extremely weak against multiple enemies.
I don’t really agree with you about the justified qq, ele has always been in a good spot of meta just because of its versatility. I also don’t agree with Leet0 qqing on druid, it has it’s counters. It’s just that, and this is a problem with ALL classes, that druid is infinitely superior to non-elite ranger in every way. That in my opinion, is where qq is justified.

What I actually meant is that according to video posted – there’s nothing that resembles skill.
There’s zero of it. And there’s probably no one who could deny that.

Is he playing better other days? Maybe. I don’t know. There’s thousands of players who got to diamond and legendary without having a clue about PvP basics and this video showed me nothing but he’s just one of those.

Yea. I’m a strict critic. I’m aware.
But I guess I should correct myself. Leeto showed zero skill when exposed in this video. If he’s better at other times and places, then I’m sorry for my accusation. Since I haven’t checked him and I probably won’t – I shouldn’t have compared him to the hundreds that looked, played and behaved just like him based on that 1 video.

What do you mean by ‘viable’? They aren’t ideal. Anyone who doesn’t take 2 of the big three are at a disadvantage.

Smokescale, Bristleback and the Tiger are all better pets than anything in game.

Yes, better pets. HANDS DOWN. They are able to stay with their targets better than anything else in game. Low F2’s, slightly tanky, and they do great dmg.

Really, all the other pets need buffs. The other pets need to be made viable.

I agree with you, these pets are better than the old ones but if you want CC a canine is still good. If you want DPS the other cats or birds are still good. no they aren’t AS good as the smokescale and bristleback but it’s always been that way with ranger pets. at one time all most ppl ran where birds for dps or canines/spiders for the cc.

I guess what I meant was that the meta isn’t a hard and fast rule.

That was a little bit embarrassing for leeto there. Remind me how this guy is legendary? Oh yeah…

Have you got to Legendary? I haven’t. Maybe it’s that I can’t handle the grind. It certainly is a grind, a grind where the game is designed to keep you at a win loss ratio of 50%. Lose to a team you ‘should of beat’— o so sorry, lose 1, 2 or 3 pips.

Sure there are plenty of people who have cheated their way to Rank 80. To get to Legendary, you have to be pretty good.

As you alluded two, plenty of people cheated to Rank 80. Boosts and other things we won’t mention. My point is that “Diamond or Legendary” doesn’t matter for this season. We have all either witness first hand, stayed out, or joined the other side because, well, they are doing it why shouldn’t I, mind set. Hopefully things will be different next time, if there is one.

To Tragic’s point. It is more or less a grind. Some played one class, others choose an alt that either they played better, or had a easier time due to balance. I am not going to take it away by any means because there are some who played by the rules and are just better than me or others.

My pint to this is rather simple. So what if they have legendary or diamond status or a status higher than me (which they do). It doesn’t mean they are experts in the class. Upon first glance with this particular player it is contrary whereas many pointed out he didn’t play to the classes base abilities and anger by reporting in the end.

Just my opinion.

And Leeto enters the thread to insult players after that shameful display on his stream.

Enjoy your infraction, at least try to act like a nice person next time.
