Guild Wars 2

So I took a break for about 2 months due to my computer breaking, now that Im back Im noticing a a few changes. Im wondering if my build is currently outdated and if you have any tips on how I can improve it.

My equipment is all from dungeons all armor is power/precision/crit damage except for the chestpiece that is power/toughness/vitality

They haven’t really changed anything at all except that now arrows fly fast enough to not miss targets 80% of the time and pets seem to be able to hit moving targets pretty reliably. Other than that, everything else is the same so you will probably have no problem rolling with what you used before.
