New grandmaster trait gives 10 sec of swiftness and regen on shout. It’s in the Nature Magic trait line which gives +30% boon duration.

My question is, in practice, 10 sec + 30% = 13 sec duration for these boons. But I checked it out in the Mists, and it definitely timed out at 10 seconds…. Is it working like this for everyone else? :/

No, they are definitely longer. I’ve been using this since the moment the patch came out, and it is working for me and others I’ve ran into.

I’ll chalk this up as crazy Mist essence then.

I was experimenting for too long in the Mists with different builds, and I too noticed not even close to 13 seconds. It was over 10 though like 10 3/4 seconds without any additional boon duration buff. I was wondering like you if that’s supposed to be that way or if like you said crazy Mist essence- lol. I did not yet try in the pve or wvw realm yet, because I’m too cheap to keep paying for talent resets.
