Guild Wars 2

I’m looking for general tips about all 3 areas, PvE, PvP, WvW
I’m a bit mixed up on traits and good weapons and all, I’m level 48 so far and I’m loving Longbow/Greatsword if there’s any tips to build around that combo greatly appreciated!
Definitely gonna spec into Druid when I hit 80 but for now I’m a normal Ranger but I am loving this class so far!

I recommend taking marksmanship and beast master. The Remorseless trait combos well with the GS master lvl trait.

For PvE either zerk support or condi support.

For PvP so far i run pretty much the same others do because of it’s self/group sustaining ability and more tanky-ish/sustained fights.

Grace of the land (druid grand master trait) Spirits, Glyph of Empowerment and Spotter are Ranger specific party support skills which make ranger a good pick for the team.
Glyph of Unity must be used in astral form to heal allies fast.
Staff is a better pick over LB even with Berserker gear because it will allow you to build up astral force faster and hence heal/buff more frequently.
However LB has higher raw DPS over staff.

There are combos you can do, but that’s for another time.
