Quick question – What is considered concentration? I was looking to see if maybe the patch might make the Minstrel armor a good candidate for WvW. I’ve been using celestial in WvW and using accessories to focus on some stats. Figured I’d revisit this armor.

Ok so more number changes as usual and nothing that addresses fundamental issues. I should have known the “keep an eye on Druid” statement meant zero changes to this broken elite. Sad that the Druid doesn’t even perform its main “role” at a mediocre level and we are stuck with it even longer.
Was in wvw today and kinda laughed at the tiny healing reticle I was going to use to chase down some players in need… then my timer ran out… GG

Didn’t shouts used to remove condis if traited? Maybe it’s just my old mind not working atm.

Shouts never removed condis if traited.
That’s Warrior’s, and Guardians (Converts to boons)
Rangers always had ‘Shouts apply Swiftness and Regen’
Unless you have Rune of the Trooper/Soldier, there’s no condi removal from ranger shouts
Pretty happy with this class right now.
Lol Honed Axes is still garbage. Make it give the Axe autoattack a condi like torment or bleed and it’ll be good. Shortbow still needs an overhaul.
Other than that the changes are mostly good.
