As amazing as that would be, I’d imagine it would get complicated when it comes to figuring out what exactly is “flanking” when it comes to multiple people attacking you.

I don’t think “flanking” is a new mechanic—the “Hunter’s Tactics” trait uses it, and Thieves have flanking effects on all their backstab abilities.

Ranger is underpowered. The solution is to make the ranger stronger so that he can better compete with all his opponents, not 1/8 of them.
