I want to go for a heal build using Shortbow and Apothecary Armor set, but I had a question about healing power.
Does healing power give a bonus to how much Signet of the Wild heals for?
Does healing power apply to how much you heal from each pulse of regeneration?
In general I guess, how effective is a healing build for Rangers anyway?
Check jubskie’s sticky, people have calculated all of this. Yes, signet scales with healing power. Regeneration boon is strongest source of heal. I hope that helps.
