Can you stack any kind of speed with it? Is their a way to increase the speed? Id rather not use warhorn.

Speed boosts do not stack. You default to the highest one.

There are many options for speed without soth or warhorn.

Swiftness, 33%
-Shout trait + guard is easy but maybe not what you want.
-Sigil of speed is easy if you get kills in atleast every 20sec.

Rune sets, 25%
Rune of the traveler
Rune of speed

There are more options but these are the most obvious ones.

I think the best way is to trait shouts and use “We Heal As One.” Just think of your healing skill as AoE swiftness. Use it for speed boost, it comes back in 16s so you don’t need to keep it ready all the time.
