Guild Wars 2

It is usual the cancel 3.5 secCD on rang skill when you are in melee rang, in memory I never see that on bow skill in melee. Crippling Talon (#5 skill on dagger)work perfectly in melee.

Please help me.

Could you refine your question a little im not sure what your asking

Umm… You mean when you try to use a skill but the attack is canceled and goes on a shorter cooldown because your target moved?

Maybe Im not clear, I mean when my target is in melee range and I use a skill. the skill go on CD want my target move, but obviously it resolve ouly with bow skill.

I see that like a bug.
