Anyone else find the sound a bow makes when it fires kinda annoying?

It doesn’t sound anything like a bow shooting.

Wish they would changve it…. at least make it a little quieter.

I’ll keep the bow sound over necro and mesmer sound effects. In fact, I’d rather stab an ice pick in my ears than listen to those every time I play.

In all seriousness though, I’ve never minded the bow sound. I actually quite like it.

I guess I will just learn to love it. I just wish it was more…. “stealthy” sounding.

Nah, it doesnt fire like a real bow either. If only anet made rangers actual archers.

Idd, a real traditional bow fires differently, and the sound is different too. But i kinda like it anyway.

I would like a stealthier sound too it but Id also like a shot that is slow casting+hard hitting like kill shot or sniper shot too.

I thought I was the only one who hates the sound of the bow. As a roleplayer I refuse to use it for that reason ( strange I know ! ) !! I don’t suppose there is any way to change it ?

Nope, but I think anet hates bows in general so dont expect any changes.
