hi folks,

im just curious. in gw2 you cannot target your allies to use skills on them. do you think it will be possible to aim at your ( non targetable ) allies to heal them. that yould make positioning in group fights less important, coz you dont have to stay in line with your enemy and allie.

Really hoping it does work like that, but even if it doesn’t, the ground targeted stuff will be miles better.

rapid fire and stealthed targets will be interesting aswell. looks like the burst will not hit the thief anymore

The problem with Druid staff is that it doesn’t fire a beam unless it has a valid target selected. If they didn’t change it, it won’t work, at all. So, I hope they fix it before release. It would instantly cause an uproar of rage everywhere since Druid staff would be unplayable with the new cam.

And being able to use the beam to ‘wave’ through groups of Mobs will solve all the AoE and tagging issues.

It would actually be super fun imo, using your laser staff to fry groups while you heal your mates haha.

Also, would be a good ‘range finder’.

the way people want to play druid staff, they might aswell have put guardian wave of wrath on it.

why can’t ranger have a loot stick? lol

it would be fun but weird but i could see using it, especially since the damage is so low the tagging ability would be nice to have.

Haha, imagine a zerg of Druids, there would be lasers going everywhere lol

I’m happy about the changes to the way engineers can spam their #1 AoE on kits, cuz that means we can also spam our #1 AoE on CAF and I was seriously concerned about the health of my keyboard/fingers :p
