First, I love Revenant. I main Rev in PvP and do well, but it could use some love, ESPECIALLY Renegade. I tried Renegade in beta, was by far the most disappointing spec. Back to the topic.
I have a couple very simple solutions that could bring Revenant back into the meta.
1. Implement a trait that either restores energy, makes it regenerate faster, reduces energy cost if skills . Thief has it for initiative and Warrior for adrenaline why not Revenant? Doesn’t have to be much, a little bit goes a long way.
2. Give Revenant back it’s sword damage, at least in PvE. It has been nerfed what, twice now?
3. Crystal Hibernation does NOT need to root in place, basically just makes you an easy target for any noob who can count to 3 and burst when it ends.
4. For Renegade, for God’s sake please increase the condition duration of all the Shortbow skills, the weapon is basically useless at this point.

Phase Traversal cost: 20 energy again.

Unwavering Avoidance: stab granted after using an evade… Wait, nope! Already used to play without stab, and won’t plan to come back to Retribution again… NEVER.

So that’s all: let me chase fight resetters again, make PT great again.

Remove cd from PT, reduce cost to 20 and range to 900. Done ezpz

Reduce energy cost on some skills, add condi cleanse on Shield to make it useful (and add some condi cleanse at the same time), make Unrelenting Assault in PvE the way it was before it got nerfed because of PvP.

I agree with the suggestions in the first post.

For Renegade:
remove energy cost from F-skills (so that other legends are not disrupted by skills that have huge energy costs AND cooldowns for some reason).
remove break stun from healing and put it somewhere else.
give 2 stacks of stability to phantasms and make them invulnerable. Also rework the energy costs on Kalla and remove CDs.
