Hey guys. I am big into classes that have a high level of self-sustain. I love doing things like soloing champions and dungeons as well as being the last man standing in a group fight that goes fubar. How well would you guys say Revenant stacks up to the other classes in this regard? My main right now is necro (though I have 7 80’s) mostly because I love all the sustain it has. All thoughts are appreciated!

If you build it right, you can have really great sustain and damage.

Ironically Ventari has the worst self sustain of all the legends. Anything with shield, staff, and soothing bastion has a kitten ton of sustain.

Herald is good, but I dwarf can be great too. Use staff for auto attack heals. trait for heals on vulnerable opponents, trait for heals when attacking behind opponents, trait for heals on energy use. Finally turn on utility skill vengeful hammers and run circles around enemy. TONS of minor heals that add up fast.

Dwarf + herald is even better because of the toughness you get on upkeep skills trait, which means a better vengeful hammers.

Revenant has a plethora of defensive tools: evades, heals, protection, damage resistance, life steal, etc. as well as a decent array of debuffs: slow, weakness, etc. There’s also a ton of group utility. Give it a shot.

You want sustain, go slap some Cele on your Rev and never look back. Damage to sustain ratio of Cele Heralds is bonkers.

What do you do with that condition damage from celestial in PVE though? Torment doesn’t seem so great outside PVP.
