rev downed skill 2

its suppose to force your enemy away from you but instead it seems to be pulling them towards you.

Example: when I was downed, my enemy was attacking me from afar and when I used the skill it teleported them onto me. when I used it again, it just teleported them on me again. is this some bug?

They just need a teleport/movement option. Any downed state without a teleport/movement option is complete junk, because when you get downed in a puddle of evil you have absolutely nothing to deal with it. I don’t expect them to fix this though, because they only design downed states based on sPvP and preventing stomps.
