Guild Wars 2

As it is now you charge the skill an than it runs out without you could use it.
I think this skill should be changed, so you charge it an than you can use it 3 times before you have to charge it again (as with Mesmer mantras).

Just don’t charge it if you don’t plan on throwing any of the daggers. It’s fine as is.
