im currently trying to learn staff dardevil rotation. right now im having problems getting my dps above 16k, part of this is that im apparently unable to hit with weakening charge after i dodge, it always goes of in the wrong direction.. any tips?
BTW. I find it kinda strange that alacrity does not increase your initiative regen..
