Guild Wars 2

Hi fellow thieves.

I saw Angus’ build on the Post Your Build thread here, and I have gone forward in acquiring the items listed to try this build out in wvw.

I enjoy the build, but found that my Crit Chance is 12 or so % points lower than what is listed at that site for the build. The ONLY difference I see is I have the exotic amulet rather than ascended. I am indeed checking the stats while under the influence of the consumable buffs.

Did I miss something, or is the site’s calculation incorrect?

Welp, of course after days of messing with it, and deciding to post a message, I actually figured it out right after posting the question.

The site takes into account stuff like the 7% chance to crit when behind an enemy, as a fulltime 7% crit chance.
