P/D with some Direct Damage
Just use carrion? Get rid of all that toughness and trade it for power!
Personally, I’m not a big fan of Condition Duration on a Condition Damage build, so if I were to fix this to add more direct damage, I’d drop the pizza and take the Fire Flank Steak or Marjory’s Chilli.
I tweaked some items to get at least 1800 power and roughly the same Condition Damage.
The big difference is the Condition Duration from 80% to 40% because I rather have my damage output now, than later.
Full set of 5 unique skills for both dual-wield weapon sets: P/P and D/D – Make it happen
PvE – DD/CS/AC – If that didn’t work, roll a Reaper or Revenant.
i will go for full venom utilities . this will test your skills and nerves with no stealth utilities
so only dodge and cnd for your defenses
i am sure you’ll be surprised from the massive conditions pressure you will put out
another build is to go p/d with zerk armor and steal life abilities with food and SR and trait from venum. ppl wont expect p/d to do direct dmg and you can pull out some 10k combos and sneak attack for 5k
Sir Vincent III, that is a good call on the condition duration. I will certainly try that.
messiah, I have tried the full venom setup before. It is a bit too narrow for my needs. The problem I am trying to solve by adding more direct damage is broadening the variety of targets I can kill. Dealing with Diamond Skin Elementalists is one example.
In a hybrid build I found the best runes were “Rune of the Aristocrat”. With marjories you can generally have 15 stacks of night at all times. I then designed my gear around getting 1500 condition and power base/ You then decide to favor conditions or power.
The absolute best way of getting might in such a build is using dodges/venomous strength and signets while traited for might on signet use.
This is a screen of my peaking with 25 stacks might. Thats 3700 attack and oodles of condition damage. This is a peak obviously and generally I ran around 16 to 20 stacks.
