whats current popular build/gear for dungeons
That build will work fine for a dungeon like CoF and most other dungeons if you know the encounters, the big attacks, etc. As far as I know there isn’t “THE BUILD” you go for as a thief in dungeons but I may be wrong.

You should know the dungeon mechanics and all the encounters if you go fullzerk. In the beginning you can switch some pieces of your armor to valk/knight for more survivability.

go zerk for COF…the rest is all debate-ably bad.
If I remember back to the last time this was asked, there is no popular answer. For groups it’s a big risk to go condition as it is too easy to hit the condition limits. That puts some sort of beserker build in the frame.
Since you can change traits/gear/utilities/weapons before each fight you have some flexibility that you don’t have in PvP so instead of looking for one optimal build you can adapt your play style for specific encounters.
