Guild Wars 2

For Power Warrior, besides Axe/Mace, it’s getting a bit old, is there anything that could really fit with GS ?
That is for fractals/dungeons.

I was thinking of Axe/Axe since they changed axe offhand but I don’t know.

sword+shield/warhorn for utility and a rifle if u somehow need ranged dps
other than that…meh
personally i run mace+mace(heavy CC at the begining of the fights) and greatsword( as primary dps and might stack)

but since the update im considering switching to condi berserker( at least for fractals)

I venture into fractals very infrequently. But I did a few last night to fill a spot for some guildmates. The fractal level wasn’t super high, T4, but probably very low T4 since I only have 85 AR with potion and buff.

That being said, I did Axe/Axe as offset to PS GS. I eventually ditched the PS aspect of my build, as sitting still long enough to 100Blades and successfully stack might with GS crits wasn’t working out so well, at least with the instabilities we had. In those fractals, I found that my damage seemed much higher (and much more satisfying and fun gameplay) after I swapped Tactics for Discipline and made the focus more 50% axes, 50% GS.

A really fun combo was using Dual Strike, then swapping to GS and using 100Blades under the 3s of quickness.

you can keep the might cap even with axe now, just use burst 24/7 strength runesdumplings+fgs and also have both banners in fractals

sword torch is best cleave imo for secondary weapon sets.

A really fun alternative is mace/sword. Use that with shield mastery and a bow or sword/shield. Mace 2 and sword 5 block multiple projectiles for a long duration of time. Makes for really good survivability on a condi build where your ticks are doing the damage (trailblazer or viper).
Its just plain fun to have shield 5, sword 5, mace 2 in one build. 3 blocks that reflect…..what more can you want when paired with a warrior’s insane base healing.

In terms of power users? all ur options suck…..use 2 handed weapons.

Or maybe you should just learn how to counter blocks so you don’t get killed in pvp so much. We are here to help the OP, not you, you can make ur own post if you desire.
