Guild Wars 2

Ok, so I have all my characters to 80 and been doing nothing but spvp. I’ve got my Ranger, Guardian, Mesmer, and Necromancer pvp build all set except my engineer, thief, elementalist, and warrior.

I’ve seen a few warriors using Hammer and wow! so far they’d kill me in an instant especially with their stun. I’ve tried to look online or on youtube for the same build for warriors for spvp and tried a few of them and so far I like the hammer build but need to know how I can stun enemy, and kill quickly.

Where should I spend my points in traits, and what sigils and runes should I be using? Please help! I’m not looking for a survival build, I want to kill the enemy fast so please a hammer build would be appreciated from experienced warrior hammer-users out there XD

Just type “gw2 hambow” in google.

2/0/6/0/6 or 0/0/6/2/6 will be base build.
Dogged March, Cleansing Ire, Merciless Hammer.
Signet Mastery, Destruction of the Empowered, Burst Mastery.
HS, zerk stance, dolyak signet, signet of stam, SoR (although you can use Balanced Stance and/or Endure Pain instead in there if you want).
Zerk or Soldier Amulet.
Runes of Strength.
Sigils are up to you but you want Battle in there somewhere.

Ofc there are different variations of it but a quick google search and you will have the idea.

And you somehow need to get the hang of the rotation on a hambow,

which makes you able to ‘stun and kill’.

basically, it needs some practice.

What I do mostly is: bow F1 – bow 5 – swap – hammer F1 – hammer 5 – hammer 2 – hammer 4 – hammer AA

as a burst sequence. Anything that could bedone better here?

Try to end with hammer F1, you will have more adrenaline and thus more stun duration for more merciless hammer abuse.

Wrong wrong wrong

bow 3 should ALWAYS follow after bow F1 (bow 5 in between those is possible too)
and after that swap and instantly Hammer F1. This will give you 2 blast finishers into a firefield which means → 6 might stacks. Have fun
