Please note that this is brief outline of the work of Nike from DnT guild. This is just aimed to put it more into a public eye. ALL credit goes to him for his efforts, as NONE of this is my own work. Any request to remove this thread by him will be acknowledged. His original thread, along with explanations and a video, on GW2Guru can be found HERE.
Major Changes
These changes are ~1% better than if the old build was upgraded to ascended armor, which was full Berserker with Perception stacks.
The Build
No change since the previous update. The build to run is still 30/25/0/0/15.
Traits to pick up are V, IX and XI in Strength, V and X in Arms (change Forceful Greatsword to Deep Strike with Elementalist might stacking) and VI in Discipline.
Weapons
Armor
The change to Assassin will make you over crit-capped in AC and CM. If these are dungeons you run, and barely anything else, Berserker would be better.
Consumables
I’ll try my best to answer any questions.

My question is, which dungeons do you use a stacking sigil in? The ones I usually run there’s not enough mobs that get killed early on to warrant losing the 10% damage buff from a Sigil of Night

You use a separate set of weapons to stack, and then switch back to your weapon set with night/force or undead/force after you’re done stacking.

Almost all dungeons (except CoF p1 and fractal swamp, notably) have plenty of trash at the beginning to develop stacks on. The trick is learning to play at a level where you don’t down and lose those stacks later on, when you might not have the opportunity to rebuild them.

Everything other than SE 1 and COF 1. Having Axe and offhand both as a stacking weapon means you get 2 stacks per kill, so even quickest dungeons should be stacked in.
If you PUG, stacking is significantly less effective as you may go down even at your best play if the group isn’t optimized.
With equal amount of might stacks, 30/10/0/0/30 in my testing ended up being 3% beter than 30/25/0/0/15.
