People still playing rifle?

Tuagrim has alot to answer for. I still see the rifle/hammer warriors in spvp all the time. Now i’m not sure if he meant his build solely for tpvp, but in spvp I just roll over them with my GS/sword/shield warrior.

I was 1v2 yesterday, had the rifle warrior down to 15 percent, but it’s tough on a warrior with those odds. The other guy (ranger had been plinking away and that pet does some nasty damage), I realy should have run but I do love to test my mettle.

I switch to the ranger, I see the rifle warrior loading ukittenllshot animation and so I hit shield block (reflect traited)…..watching a rifle warrior kill himself off his own killshot, there’s nothing better. (i died to the ranger, but still great fun…).

I can see rifle only being good in WvW, as part of the zerg. It’s pretty pointless in Spvp, i’ve just never ever had an issue with it.

So with this thread in mind is there really any question that rifle needs a nerf? The OP has as much as admitted that he beats people by virtue of his build rather than player skill.
