5% damage increase – it works – would be nice if ANet actually added that to the trait description…
I would say its +2.3% dmg, did testing on this all last night trying to eek out as much DPS as possible.

According to the wiki:
“Increases damage by 4.4% "
Steady weapons (sPvP), got enough power so that Axe #1 hits for 100 damage (consistently swung to make sure it wasn’t a fluke).
50 attacks at full endurance – 0% dmg increase (100 dmg per hit)
Did 50 attacks after 1 dodge roll. – 2.3% dmg increase (102/103 dmg, more often 102).
50 attacks after 2 dodge rolls – same outcome.
Edit: I’m a stickler for getting the most efficiency out of everything I do (I’m a lean six sigma PM irl), so I spend a lot of time sitting around swinging target dummies in HOTM.
