Dwayna regen is on a 30s cooldown. So even with +50% regen duration, it’s far away from half uptime.

Dwayna increases the regen i get from dogged march and converting poison aswell – it might not be half uptime in every situation, but it can even be more in some situations. btw working on my WvW Apothecary set now and boy does everyone run from me, check this build out if your are looking for something cooler then stunlocking newbs. I’d say the 2nd link is pretty final, i dont want to change anything atm.
