Warrior FoTM build
Get some guardian buddies and glass GS.
I’m not into high level fractals yet, but I’ve been using;

I love it so far.
I use Knight’s gear. Shouts are awesome in group PVE.
FOTM is GS + Axe/Shield btw..
Axe/Mace would have to be 30/0/0/10/30 to work in PvP.

Axe/Warhorn, shout build. 2nd weapon is longbow or GS, depending on the opponents. Soldier runes in a mix of knight and zerker armor. Knight jewelry with ruby gems.
10/0/15/30/15
Hold on to adrenaline until you’re about to use shouts. Use burst then shout to refil adrenaline.
Hmm I use a “Tankish” build for FotM with 10 0 30 30 0 using greatsword and rifle. Knight gear mostly mixed with some berserker pieces and runes of the soldier. Plus healing shouts they have saved my kitten more than once. So far made it to lvl 26 with that build.

This is my variant of the axe/mace build provided by the link. It is the variant if you don’t use life-steal food and if you are pugging.
You can take out Endure pain for Crit banner, but Signet of Stamina > Shake it off.
4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant
FOTM is GS + Axe/Shield btw..

Fractal of the Mists, not Flavor of the month. Read the OP.
I use 20/30/0/0/20 and Healing surge for heals, FGJ, Stamina/Fury signet, Signet of Might. You’re very weak to conditions, but the damage output is great to keep the fights short. Definitely needs good dodge reflexes and some help from other classes for them to cleanse you/give you regen or protection (you can also use the 70 prec&health on crit food otherwise, works wonderfully, ticks like 332hp per hit or smth).
Otherwise, shoutbuild also works great there, I’ve used 10/0/15/30/15 with the regular shoutheal skill setup. Balanced dps/self-regen spec with healing signet is totally fine also (20/0/20/0/30). The last one offers the most flexibility weapon/traitwise, so you’re not pigeonholed into certain skills.
Oh woops. To be honest though whats the point of using Axe + Mace in PvE when you might as well be GS + Rifle/Long Bow..
I mean when you’re fighting bosses you can’t really CC them anyways. And those weapons that I mentioned have like way better AoE/mobility while not really having less DPS.
I’m at 41 fractal lvl and i use a hybrid build dps/shout heal !
10/0/20/30/10 build , makin wonders sometimes , healing 5k each 20 seconds and having 30k hp too with a good dmg (30 crit rate but you will be almoust 50 crit rate all the time + 88 crit dmg ! Weapons : GS + rifle/lb if it gets messy sword/shield depends on the situation , you will not have any problems in fractals ! I use valkyrie set + divinity runes ! I can say with this build i never die , exept at wipes , large hp + shout heal + Adrenal health passive will keep you alive in most situations ! Give it a try !
I run Knight and switch between Banner/Shout/Hybrid as per:
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/warrior/Build-High-damage-team-focused-dungeon-PvE
Might give you some ideas.
