Was only so long until that 1v1 would get interrupted haha. Good fight none the less, looking forward to running into your small man group this week.

Also ran into a small BS(basic) group, it was good fun they had a Mes, Warrior, and Necro. Changed to a Thief, Warrior, Mes after we got them the first time.

I was the human necro with the char warrior, good fights Mes you are the first Mesmer I have seen worth anything in WvW ever. (but dont terrain exploit you’re better then that).

ET has some solid players, got my best 1 v 1s against ET people. FG people seem to just zerg and are really really really really bad in small scale actually won 1 v 2 and 1 v 3s against them multiple times with a poorly geared necro, makes me want to invest in gear and play WvW instead of just Tpvp, see if I can 1 v4 or 1 v 5 some FG folks.

The perma invuln location, you backed up into to get all cooldowns up then came out of, and went back to when you were low… by the wargs. No huge deal is it was just open world roaming.

ET just seems to have good players on average Ferg not so much just zerg. Heck a thief and i actually dropped a Ferg commander in the middle of a zerg killed 4 or 5 then got away. I have not WvWed that much more a Tpvp player but getting 250 badges in a few hours solo or with 2 or 3 man groups seems like alot.

I dont have much gold so I wanted to thank all the Ferg players for the badges and crafting mats ill have all the exotic gear in no time.

Was some awesome fighting tonight. It was great to command in EB for HoD. My server fought well. FC and ET thanks for the fights. It was quite fun. Especially when we were trying to hold Anz and both your zergs were there. See you all around keep up the great fighting.

That is a really good story but it is impossible to get that many badges in a few hour without wiping hundred man zergs left and right.

To be fair it was most the day, was in a gaming mood after not playing for months. Anyway just constantly turned camps, get 2-4 badges a camp 1-2 badges (sometime none) on player kills. I probably had a few badges starting out but no more then 20-30 so yes 200+ badges today.

If things are slow, pick a zone with outmanned buff to save repair costs because sometimes you have to just attack a zerg for a kill or two, the badges add up fast.

You’ve been in this tier what? 48 hours now, and you’re already making assumptions. I could say the same thing about HoD, but I don’t because I know better. Just because you kill some pugs or underlevels doesn’t mean anything. Every server has alot great players and guilds.

Nice to see you guys have a balance there. GL HoD. We are enjoying the balance in tier 7 as well. Looks like tier 6 is gonna feel the wrath of SF’s ohmegerd xergfest and endless golem rushes for a while.

Yeah, I am enjoying this match up. Our new blue color keeps tripping me out, mannnn… I still have that first initial reaction of red = friend, blue = enemy. At least I haven’t tried to run through any red doors. Yet.

Fight club is thursday night by the green BL windmill. Looks like you have laid down a challenge to FC’s champions, will you be there and let your weapons do the talking?

Plus after your opening night numbers and the big zergs we saw in our BL, I thought HoD were like SF (I had terrible flashbacks), so glad that I was wrong as the weekend panned out, such a close match-up and so glad of the good battles.

And that’s doable with a good partner.

Nothing against necros or anyone person, mind you, just my personal experiences.

Solo or duo against Zergs? I haven’t seen that been too successful. Not saying they can’t be great, just haven’t seen it.

Score update for all the followers who aren’t logged in/in other tiers.

Ferguson’s on fire today.

Aye necro is not ideal in WvW roaming and to be fair the people I grouped with are also solo roamers so above average skil. Still necro is not terrible it has builds that work vs the mass of below average players. With all the in your face melee and people that stand in one spot with no stun breaks its auto win. Against someone with a basic understanding of when to backup and a stun breaker its not a hard build to beat.

Actually got rocked 1 v 1 by a smart guardian 3 times. Could not touch a BS(basics) Mes, and ET night crew had this Eng Mes combo that my only answer for was to run away, so dont get me wrong there are solid players, they just seem to all be from ET so far.

Anyway dueling is one of my favorite things to do in an MMO so im 100% up for it. I should have the gear for a hybrid power conditions build soon.

All three severs seemed to be evenly matched, ET with the smaller numbers but greater skill, Ferg and HoD with the well commanded zerglings. Good fun.

Question.. Do you guys do small groups / have many roamers? Or are you like SF jr. I mean this in no offense what so ever. I just want to know since i roam a lot =P I mean I was separated from VLK for 30 minutes because I got distracted…..

You’ll see BS from ET and SS/Yarr from FC. None of us really do “roaming” during reset night. Kinda why we were ninjaing towers and keeps last night.

So far I have to say <3 to BS and hope we get to run into you all with just our guild, you have some very skilled players. I’ve not encountered SS or Yarr yet, but I look forward to it.

This tier has been an absolute blast and I’m loving how close the points are. It will be interesting to see how the week pans out with coverage now that the weekend is winding down.

Just wanted to give a shout out to all of the FC in this video, great fun! Great duel, had a blast with this particular fight! If you were in here, good job!

there were a handful of mesmers chillin’ in your hills after you closed the wall in.

i literally stood up on the wall for 2 minutes straight, waiting for a search party to run from. eventually a thief chased me for about 10 seconds and then i’m not sure, i think he got bored, or maybe he had a pressing phone call to make. once i was sure the team was being ported in elsewhere i went looking for ET to troll and pull you away from where they were.

i really enjoyed watching a handful of yas stand around the south gate and not even bother looking for us.

i was drinking beer, eating popcorn, and running and stealthing away from a bunch of people that i had to go find myself because no one came looking for us, but instead stood up on the wall and looked at the snow.

i’m sorry, but that … is really bad … and whoever was in that keep should feel really bad (especially you guys standing at the south gate starting at your belly button lint – honestly, wtf?).

Piece of advice for whoever’s been leading the FC zergball in EB the last couple hours: if there are 7 arrowcarts hitting you, it does not matter how close together you stand.

Well the thing is, there were about 20-30 on the bl that had just pushed our attack out of the keep, and sealed the wall, and built about 20 bits of siege, then left without sweeping. I’m saying that it was shocking to not have anybody spot us when we only waited about 5 mins to port in and resume the attack. However, the keep was certainly not undefended(at first), we actually did retreat out as all our supply was spent! Wish you had been on the map tonight, would have offered more of a challenge.

I don’t think Flappy’s actually bragging about taking the keep. I’d say good job to someone who successfully hid a mesmer inside and was able to portal people in, because mesmer sweeps are very standard and getting one to stay inside is actually pretty difficult when the server you’re playing against does a proper sweep.

IF AND WHEN, lol. I always sweep, so I definately would have called it out, but there are a lot on ET that don’t, I’ll admit. I gave up on defending our BL along time ago, back when I was wasting my money to upgrade camps and towers. I say waste because by the time the upgrades are halfway done a zerg comes by and no one ever comes to defend -_- I probably could have saved up for a commander tag by now lol. Oh well, maybe I’ll go Flappy-hunting sometime this week ;P Pretty sure I already nailed BC back on reset night though, unless he has a twin on HoD :O lol

Its clear there is something going on here… We are so far behind yet FC or HoD refuse to make an aggressive move on each other. Rather, they are just staying neck and neck attacking our(Eradon Terrace) BL and EB territory and pushing us further behind.

The only explanation must either be one of two things:
1. FC and HoD are afraid to anger each other and not want to make a decisive lead
OR
2. ET is far more powerful than either and so they have made a joint venture to suppress ET together.
