Today at 4:00 pm server time (12:00 am GMT+) there will be a meeting involving WvW oriented guilds from many various servers in the efforts to create an alliance strong enough to move to the lowest tier server and bring that to first.

If this is at all interesting to you and you are a guild leader or high position in a dedicated WvW guild please message me in game or whisper Ethersin.

It does not solve anything but creates just another bandwagoned server. Wouldn’t discussing ways to distribute people equally to low tiered servers be better?

let me understand this – you want lots of wvw guilds to gather on a tier 8 server and stomp all the way to tier 1 whilst unbalancing as many upper tier servers as possible.. A noble cause indeed.
You may want to consider that the server you choose – may have other ideas. Some like being in the lower tiers.
It doesnt sound very exciting. If you really want a challenge just move your guild to a lower tier server that is already being stomped – and be helpful

Please don’t do this whole mass-transfer-to-one-super-server thing again.

WvW matches are finally starting to become balanced and we don’t need people throwing everything to kitten again.
The only server it will benefit is the server you choose to move to, just about every other server is going to suffer because of it. (Whether they lose guilds or get stomped by you as you rise in tiers).

I say this as a Commander and as a high ranking officer (seemingly your exact audience) in a guild from Dragonbrand.
Leave the server balance alone, people already have so many reasons to be demoralized from participating in wvw, don’t make this another one.

Move to server(s) that need your help to be competitive in their tier.. don’t try to throw WvW out of whack again for no reason. The people on your theoretical server don’t want months of imbalanced matches just to be “number one.”

Anet has kind of a bad server population system going on.

I think they want to do a T8 server because they will have all the room they need for transfers without PVE people who have nothing to do with their playstyle filling the server up.

i think it sounds fun. ride one all the way to the top and let it go again like with Eredon. why not.

I don’t think this is very exciting and challenging, but rather annoying that another wave of bandwagoning that destroys server populations that didn’t ask for it would be done.
But hey as long as it’s on the US servers I don’t have a problem with it :P

Best part is that they picked Kaineng, a server that was already obliterating T8. Way to go guys.

Saw this coming a mile away. Kain is the new bandwagon server. People are going to ride to victory, until you hit a few losses. Then everyone abandons ship, and Kain goes right back where it started. Omg WM went to Kain?! Lets all go mooch off of it.

This is the only good that could possibly come of this.

Think about it, reset night …. steam roll and take everything, wait 6 days to play WvW again because theres no one to fight. Rinse and repeat week after week.
