Haha, that fight was remarkably similar to our fight with SoR last night. Back and forth with trebuchet attacks and portal bombs, with BG/SoR holding the tower under tight lockdown with siege blasting in our faces until eventually (and by eventually I mean a very long time) we came out on top!

Fantastic to see IoJ coming out in full force and making a comeback tonight. Had a lot of fun roaming the IoJ borderlands and even barely stopping a small group of BG from ninja capping Bay inside the lord’s room.

It likely has alot to do with burnout for some people and guilds.

I know we’ve also seen some people who’ve also taken breaks come back, seen a few cases in Choo already with guys I haven’t seen online for a while suddenly start playing again.

I can’t believe we pulled off that backdoor ninja attack on SM. The fifteen of us were standing in the green circle when we spotted a mass of red coming through the door. It was like: “OMG! Here they come!”. You guys were about .5 seconds from preventing the cap. Good times.

I probably went offline before that happened. That assault on SM was a massive pain haha.

Yea the Omega was Ragequit… He has a golem fetish. He is seeking help.

Impressive ninja! The thing that botherd me the most is how the people in SM just didnt notice yall taking down a gate. And no one in TS ever saw an orange X. So that was some excellent execution on your part.

We actually did flash orange swords for a few seconds when we took the guards down. Our commander was like: “Man, I hope nobody saw that”.

IoJ Oceanics made a run last night and spiked above 400 PPT for awhile. Then BG Oceanics + EU cut into that and flipped it to about +360 at the peak. Now we’re moving into SoR’s prime time that will peak in about an hour or so.

I’m glad to see the chest thumping in this thread has stopped. A close match with a lot of back and forth tends to do that. This is still anyone’s match to win and we haven’t seen it this close since week 2 of our trio matchup.

…and you only saw 1/3rd of the story as a very large force of IOJ had already taken down the front door as BG and SOR where finishing stabbing each other and romping their way down to the inner.
The carnage continues, IOJ are sent home as well, giving the SOR mesmer sitting up on the vista, picking his bum decides to port in all (I don’t think he missed any, there was a lot!) his friends and the carnage continues again, for a third time!

Quite a lot of credit to Urge though, they did call in reinforcements off other maps in the nick of time.

Not a lot of time this week to play, have to get about 3 projects to finish at work, then I go on holidays for a month.

What legitimate spy/saboteur uses the tag of the actual guild he represents? I know the player has been kicked but c’mon, he was trolling everyone.

I just think for future reference things like this need to be more direct in the way they are handled. No guild would be stupid enough to send in saboteurs/spies that fly their guild tag. Ask for it to be dealt with with less

I can’t be on the forums 24/7 to post on anything and everything the moment it occurs, and I didn’t realize there was a statute of limitations.

I was asking them to recall their members to their server. (Any guild know’s they can’t be aware of every little exact thing each member does 100% of the time.)
The issue was resolved, the guy has also been spoken to on SoR, and is in ventrilo with me right now as I type this out.

As for being more direct I do not know the leaders of ICoa, nor do I speak with them. So the original post was to inform them, not start a flame war, due to how childish people can be.

So drop it, and let the horse rest in peace.

He just wanted a POI and Vista don’t be so mean guys. He actually assisted me quite a bit in EB today holding Klovan and Golanta

Just making it known to SoR and BG as I’ve told some of my friends there (though I am in IoJ and met some in overflows) that I won’t attack anyone from Blackgate or SoR at EB Jump puzzles.

I feel that if players have made it up there, they should enjoy their rewards since we are all after the very same thing.

Also, Its very nice being next to the chest with BG and SoR and inviting invaders to party and having some chats. Its been fun so far.

It’s called WvWvW, there is a reason for the 3 way battle.

i made a picture to help illustrate.

arrow shows which teams each color is fighting against. of note is that no matter which color your team is, there are two arrows pointing at your team.

it is a little complicated, but hopefully this can clear it up for those who think getting double teamed is unusual.

Garrison fight in SoR BL was epic. SoR got ways too many sieges but IoJ breached in at the same time as us. Prop to SoR to hold that strong against both server. And prop to our lucky win captured the lord before IoJ :P (Sadly your perfect mesmer portal at the top made us a capture win hehe)
