I’m curious because I just came from a closed thread about hacking.
What EXACTLY is the best way to report a hacker/exploiter? I think i read once you use the right click and select botting (or was it spamming).
What do you send to a customer support team?
“umm, i saw a guy, dunno what profession, wasn’t in a guild but he was teleport hacking, cause I saw it, was from (insert) server”.
To date the best report mechanisms I’ve seen is using fraps and uploading to utube?

We are aware that there is no tab for hacking or exploiting in the in-game reporting tools at the moment (we will forward this to the team again today) but there are other alternative ways of reporting. Taking screenshots is a very valid one, as it provides graphic evidence. You can always email them to us through exploits@arena.net or even as an attachment of a ticket to Customer Support.
