I personally would like to see this especially if you have the outmanned buff.

100% agree. The timer is far too short. You end up handcuffed to the tower you built it in. Even 1 hour would be a nice improvement.
Good idea to tie it to the outmanned buff.
Not sure why they all have to have the same despawn timer. Make arrow carts and ballistas 2 hours. Everything else can stay at 30 minutes.
Yes. This has been discussed many times here on the forum and Anet has indicated that they will be reviewing it at some point, if I recall correctly.
A common suggestion is 1 hr for regular siege (with exceptions for rams, golems, trebs) and 2 hours for superior siege. My personal preference would probably be to have it 1.5-2 hours regardless of whether or not it’s superior. The point is to keep us from having to do, as someone put it " the donkey work" of constantly having to tick siege. If I build 20 pieces of siege in Garrison, I’m going to feel compelled to tick it as much as needed, regardless of whether or not it’s superior, and frankly, it’s foolish to put superior in some places, such as walls that will quickly get hit with AOE. Players shouldn’t be penalized for sometimes wanting to do quantity over quality, or for mixing regular and sup for tactical reasons.

Yes, this has been discussed many times but worth bringing up again since it hasn’t been changed by Anet. I have always supported longer timers b/c when you are outmanned and have to defend a structure it can last longer than 30 minutes to defend a keep. Since you are outmanned you don’t have the luxury of sending people to the other structures just to tick the siege. Siege is the only way to defend when you are greatly outnumbered and it sucks when you siege up hills, garrison, and bay and then defend one and you lose the siege in the other two. Then you have to go back and rebuild it at the same time you are trying to repair the defended structure.
Longer time makes sense to especially when outmanned.

Are you also going to fix traps so that they cannot be set while in stealth? It’s horrible in its current form.

Can you please make it 65 or 70 minutes, people are going to want to refresh siege on the hour, and a lot could still be lost if the siege is already vanishing the moment ppl are starting to refresh. 5- 10 extra minutes would make it much smoother.
What will end up happening is we will need to do a refresh at 5 minutes earlier each time. So we will refresh at 00:00, then at 00:55, then at 01:50, then 02:45.

I think all daily stuff like this resets at the same time as the dailies.

The jump puzzle is exactly 24, it should be changed to 18.
