Q:
If you’re a Norn you know how bad some jumping puzzles can be due to your size. I would like to know what Tonic do you use to make yourself smaller and still be able to jump?
Ghostly Tonic brings you down to human size is there another one that can bring you down to Asura size and still allow you to jump?
A:
Here Is the answers to all Norn jumping problems took a while to find but here is the name of the toinc you need to use!
Sinister Automatonic – http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sinister_Automatonic
I hope all you giant norns enjoy!
Toy Soldier and Plush Griffon tonics from Wintersday allow you to jump and they’re pretty small. I’ve been told the Princess Doll tonics allow jumping as well, but I can’t confirm that.
Excursion, I don’t have an answer, but I feel your pain. For some reason in these games I tend to make the largest character possible – always forgetting how much of a pain it is when characters bump their heads.
There was a jumping puzzle where I thought it was impossible for a tall Norn because I couldn’t jump from the spot I just saw a human jump from. Turned out there was an outer lip for us tall Norn to stand on to make the jump. I’m fairly new to the game I haven’t memorized all the area names yet, and I go from zone to zone to zone so I never know when I’m coming or going, let alone where I’ve been or where I’m going to.
I never had a problem with jumping as a norn(except for Troll’s End), but to answer your question. You can use Princess Doll, Toy Solider and Plush Griffon, all are able to jump and have endless tonic varaint. however the endless tonic is accountbound so you cant get one now unless you have the mystic forge ingredients for them.
From Halloween there is the halloween tonic which has a chance to transform you into a skeleton(human size, human dance. etc.) Also available in endless variant. Quite expensive :|
There is also Concentrating Halloween Tonic, which is craftable by Artificer profession and has a slightly smaller skeleton form.
