I received a ticket for the Dragon Skin during the Dragon Bash event and applied it to my longbow.

Being relatively new to the game as I levelled I destroyed the bow and upgraded to something better. I know I’m dumb!!!!!!

I never knew that skins can be tranferred using the transmutation stone.

My question is will ArenaNet be able to see from my account that I had this skin?

If so is there anyway I can get it back?

Well you can always try and file a ticket with support. But don’t get your hopes up, this is a user error (how ever bad that sounds) and they don’t usualy get refundded.

I wouldn’t call it dumb though. It can happen to all of us.

The only way to get it back is to try for another ticket. The dragon coffers are still being sold on the TP. When you get the money, buy some until you get a ticket. Be aware though. While some people got a ticket within a few tries, others didn’t get one after several thousand coffers. I read one post where a guy didn’t get a ticket until he opened over 7 thousand coffers.

Anet normally doesn’t step in to assist players when they make errors like this. Only on certain circumstances will there be a refund or item switch, but that’s usually when it’s their fault (i.e. no confirmation button).
